All payments must be made in € via PayPal invoice.

Payment is required in full upfront before any work begins.

Please keep in touch throughout the process.

If I receive no response for one month, I reserve the right to cancel the commission without a refund (after multiple contact attempts).

I create digital artwork only; no physical product will be shipped.

You will receive your first WIP (work-in-progress) within 1 Month, depending on my workload.

After WIP approval, completion may take up to another 1 month.

Additional WIPs can be requested if needed.

You are free to repost the artwork with proper credit

Deadlines must be discussed in advance. Rush orders may incur an additional fee.

Proper credit must be given when reposting (e.g. tagging my username or linking my profile).

commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed. Commercial use (e.g. merch, branding, monetized content) requires an additional fee.

You are entitled to 5 free revisions.

Any additional revisions (6+) will incur an extra fee of 2€, unless the change is due to my error.

Please review your artwork carefully upon delivery: revision requests must be submitted within 24 hours. Requests made after this period may be declined, especially for larger changes.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at any time (a refund will be issued in such cases).

No refunds will be given once the first WIP has been delivered.

I do not keep commission files long-term.

All files will be deleted after one month, so please make sure to save your copy.
